Shungite + Copper Harmonizers

Our Shungite + Copper Harmonizers, also known as Pharaoh Cylinders, are a great tool for recharging and restoring energy to the body. The tradition of paired harmonizers comes from ancient Egypt and has been used by energy practitioners for centuries.

• sit in a comfortable position, with legs uncrossed

• place the rods in your hands, parallel to each other

• hold the Shungite rod in your left hand, the Copper rod in your right hand

• do not allow any metal parts of your clothing or jewelry to touch your body

• close your eyes and, as you meditate, notice the sensations you feel

Start with 10-15 min, gradually increasing the session time. For best results, use the rods twice a day (morning and evening), for 3 days, followed by 1 day break.
