On Day 19, we rise and practice with the sun. Founding Modern ŌM instructor Donato will begin the meditation at 7am sharp with a 5 minute intention setting, followed by a 20 minute meditation and 15 minute inspiring talk. After, everyone is invited to jump in the ocean.

Address: 76th Street Beach in North Miami Beach

Parking: The location is at 76th Street on the sand. Parking is available along Ocean Terrace or in the lot behind the Public Library (meters start at 8am).

Bring: A towel, good vibes, and a swimsuit (optional)

Teacher: "Sensei" Donato has been a leader in the Miami movement scene for over 15 years. He is one of the highest ranking Budokon senseis (instructors) and has also served as the Movement Director for the prestigious Aman Resorts. He’s used his diverse experiences to develop his approach to successful living, called The Integrative Living Model.
