Shungite Sphere Harmonizers

Harmonizers are a paired set of two objects made from different minerals, traditionally used together to support balance and energy flow. This practice traces back to ancient Egypt and has been carried forward by energy practitioners for centuries.

This set includes a Shungite sphere paired with a Steatite (Russian Soapstone) sphere. 

Both minerals are sourced from Karelia, Russia, and are chosen for how they complement one another in creating a more balanced and harmonious energetic field during meditation and mindful practices.

Often used to support relaxation and focus, harmonizers may help ease feelings of stress and fatigue while promoting clarity, presence, and a steady flow of energy.

Available in 2 sizes:

Small: approx 3cm (1.1") Shungite sphere is polished, Steatite sphere is matte.

Medium: approx 4cm (1.57") Both spheres are polished

Authenticity

- sit comfortably, legs uncrossed

- hold the darker SHUNGITE sphere (Yin) in your left hand

- hold the steatite sphere (Yang) in your right hand

- close your eyes, relax for 7-10 minutes

Use at least once a day, preferably in the morning.
