Alison Burgos and wife, Michelle Gaber are the Founders of the Seed Food and Wine Week Miami & LA, the first plant-based food and wine festival in the country.
In 2018, Alison was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in 2008 and confined to a wheelchair. By focusing on what she put into her body, she repaired it through changing her diet. Today, Alison is fully plant-based, and is a leading evangelist for conscious nutrition.
Her organization Seed Food and Wine is not just a festival, they are a movement, a community of ideas and passionate people committed to elevating the conversation around Vitality, our 1st chakra-inspired intention.
